Submit Online Application

Complete the online enrollment application through School Admin Online. You will create an account and provide basic family and student information.

Submit Required Documents

Upload or bring required documents including birth certificate, immunization records, proof of Arizona residency, and previous school records (if applicable).

Schedule Campus Visit

If you haven't already, schedule a tour to visit our campus and observe classrooms. This helps ensure we're the right fit for your family.

Enrollment Confirmation

Once your application is complete and processed, you'll receive enrollment confirmation and information about next steps for the school year.

Required Documents

Please have the following documents ready when completing your application:

  • Birth certificate or proof of identity
  • Current immunization records (or exemption)
  • Proof of Arizona residency (utility bill, lease, etc.)
  • Previous school records (for transferring students)
  • IEP or 504 plan (if applicable)

Enrollment Information

Open Enrollment

As an Arizona public charter school, we are open to all students statewide. Enrollment is accepted on a rolling basis, space permitting.

Lottery (If Applicable)

If applications exceed available spaces, a lottery may be held. Siblings of current students receive priority consideration.

Age Requirements

Kindergarten students must be 5 by September 1st. First grade students must be 6 by September 1st. Early childhood programs accept children ages 3-5.

Mid-Year Enrollment

We accept students throughout the school year when space is available. Contact our office to check current availability.

Students with Special Needs

Desert Marigold School welcomes students with disabilities and provides special education services as required by law. If your child has an Individualized Education Program (IEP) or 504 plan, please include this information in your application.

Our special education team will work with you to ensure your child's needs are met within our Waldorf-inspired environment.

No. As a public charter school, there is no application fee and no tuition.

Do you provide transportation?

Transportation options vary. Please contact our office for current transportation information and carpool coordination resources.

Can I apply for multiple children?

Yes! You can add multiple children to your family account in School Admin Online. Siblings of enrolled students receive enrollment priority.

How long does the application process take?

Once all required documents are submitted, applications are typically processed within 1-2 weeks. You'll receive confirmation via email.
