Desert Marigold School offers a complete Waldorf-inspired education from early childhood through high school. Each program is designed to meet children where they are developmentally while nurturing their unique gifts and capacities.
Early Childhood
Ages 3-6Our early childhood program provides a nurturing, home-like environment where young children learn through play, imitation, and sensory experiences. The curriculum emphasizes imagination, movement, and connection to nature.

Grades 1-8
Ages 6-14Our elementary and middle school program features the core Waldorf curriculum with main lesson blocks, specialty subjects, and a class teacher who guides students through multiple grades, building deep relationships and understanding of each child.

High School
Ages 14-18Our high school program prepares students for college and life through rigorous academics, real-world experiences, and the continued development of critical thinking and creativity. Students engage in internships, senior projects, and community service.

Private Program Option
In addition to our public charter program, Desert Marigold School offers a private early childhood program for families seeking additional flexibility. This program follows the same Waldorf philosophy and is taught by the same dedicated faculty.
